The Blackboard server will NOT be available from May 15th at 12:30 a.m. until May 15th at 12:30 p.m. due to an upgrade to the software. In addition, the server will not be available for most of May 16th so we can install the new accessibility software. More information on the new software will be sent to all faculty and students in the next few weeks.

Check the compatibility of your browser with Blackboard. Make sure you have the most current version of the browser that works best with our Blackboard system and your computer. The current "browser of choice" is Mozilla Firefox.
For all Blackboard IM and Blackboard Collaborate issues please contact Blackboard IM Technical Support. If you need to retrieve your user name and password or are having trouble using the feature you may also contact them at (877) 382-2293. If your email address has changed, you will need to contact Blackboard IM, not the college staff, to assist you. The Gaston College staff does not have access to the passwords for Bb IM nor can we change your email address used when the account was initially created.
