This afternoon the Blackboard System ran a process which removed some users by mistake. We are currently in contact with Blackboard Support to reverse the process. For all Blackboard IM and Blackboard Collaborate issues please contact Blackboard IM Technical Support. If you need to retrieve your user name and password or are having trouble using the feature you may also contact them at (877) 382-2293. If your email address has changed, you will need to contact Blackboard IM, not the college staff, to assist you. The Gaston College staff does not have access to the passwords for Bb IM nor can we change your email address used when the account was initially created.
